1. Search for tour package/ hotels /car rental.
2. Click on booking button and send us an email to info@kinabalutravel.com :
~ Please fill the booking form
3. Otherwise you can click on enquiry button for any questionnaire.
3. We will reply within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to confirm availability and costing.
4. Once availability is confirmed, please confirm your booking interest within 48hours
5. Once booking is confirmed, we will email you the reservation details and payment method.

Payment methods as follows:
~ Telegraphic transfer fund (TT) / E - Banking (international)
OR
through Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (within Malaysia).

Please fax / email us a copy of the bank slip to 088-270955 for reference purposes and include in the fax copy your name and if possible, your contact number. Please bear in mind that all bank charges will be borne by customer. Our company has a right to demand any additional payment for the shortfall result from it.

6. Upon receiving payment, tour voucher will be produce to the guest and sent by email. Please print a copy of the tour voucher to present upon check in at your destination.
