Journey to Garama will take approximately 2 hours passing the villages & paddy fields. On arrival, light refreshment will be served. River cruise will be held in evening to search for the proboscis monkeys. When darkness falls, you can watch the light of fireflies decorating the mangrove trees. Dinner will be served at restaurant.
1.30 pm Depart for Garama, Beaufort (approximately 1hour and 30 minutes journey) 3.00 pm Upon arrival, coffee & tea will be served with some local cake made by the local people. 4.00 pm Onboard comfortable fiberglass boat – Cruise down for almost 2 hrs in search for wildlife. 6.00 pm Enjoy sumptuous Malaysian dinner served in glimmering lanterns hug around the lodging. 7.00 pm Catch the glimpse of fireflies slowly lighting up and decorating the mangrove trees 9.00 pm Arrival to Kota Kinabalu.
