1. Rates
All rates are quoted in Malaysian (RM). All rates are valid at the time
of publication and are subject to change without notice.
2. Included
in Tour Price
Items and services included for each tour programme are listed in the
sections pertaining to that individual tour.
3. Excluded
in Tour Price
Accident insurance cover, air fares (unless stated in specific
itinerary), items of personal nature such as laundry, telephone charges,
excess baggage fees and meals ((unless stated in specific itinerary),
tips to porters, bellman and local guides, hotel parking charges and
other items not specifically mentioned as included in the itinerary.
4.
Reservations & Confirmation
All reservations must be made at least 28 days before departure. Advance
booking can be made to 6 months only.
Reply will be by a confirmation of services through fax or email within
three working days. This confirmation will also serve as pro forma
invoice.
Upon confirmation of reservation either by fax, email or the telephone,
the reservation will be held for 4 days during which you are required to
pay the package 50% of your reservation made for booking package (Hotel,
Mt.Kinabalu – Normal climbing, Mt. Kinabalu – Via Ferrata) and 100% for
other packages. Failed to do so, your booking will be automatically
cancelled.
5. Payment
Payment need to be received within 5 days after booking. Failed to do
so, booking will automatically cancelled.

6. Payment Terms
i) All payments shall be made either through telegraphic transfers (TT)/

Malaysian customer can bank-in the payment directly to our account.
iv) All bank charges will be borne by customer. Kinabalu Cemerlang
Travel & Tours has
the right to demand any additional payment for the shortfall result from

v) Tour voucher will be produce to the guest once the payment receives.

supporting document as a proof of payment.
